Warranty Policy

Our keyboards at Keebio are covered by a two-year warranty from when you receive it.

What's Covered

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: Keebio will repair or replace any product found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, such as:
    • PCB failure
    • LED/lighting failure
    • USB port issues

What Isn't Covered

  • Damage due to Misuse: This includes, but is not limited to, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or alterations.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including keycap fading or cosmetic damage from everyday use.
  • Modifications: Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons are not covered.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors.

Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact Keebio Support: Email our support team at store@keeb.io with a description of the issue, order number (KB-xxxxx), and any relevant photos.
  2. Troubleshooting and Evaluation: We'll see what the issue is with the board and determine if a hardware replacement is needed or if a repair can be done. We'll cover the cost of shipping for free replacement parts and may provide a return shipping label for the faulty item if needed.
