  • Are you going to stock <product name>?
    • If you are interested in seeing us stock a particular item, please let us know! We’re open to any suggestions and ideas.


    • Where do you ship from?
      • All of our items are shipped via USPS from Chapel Hill, NC, USA.
    • Do you ship internationally?
      • Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us if you think the shipping quote seems high, and we'll see if there's a better alternative.
      • Note that international shipping takes approximately 7-28 days depending on the destination.
      • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
      • NOTE: With the new change in 2018 to how USPS handles international mail now that started a couple weeks ago, the tracking number won't updated until it reaches the processing facility for international mail. It's no longer scanned at the local post office (there's actually no more barcode for them to scan). Once it goes through the processing facility, you'll see a status update.
  • Is there a tracking number for packages?
    • Yes, each package will have a tracking number that will automatically be emailed to you when we ship.
    • International shipments
      • If you select First Class International, there is no guaranteed delivery, so use this method at your own risk. The tracking number will track the package until it leaves the US, might not update afterwards. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
      • Priority International and Priority Express International is tracked until it reaches its destination.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days. We operate Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

    • How do you pronounce the name of the store?
      • It's just one word, Keebio (KEE-bee-oh).
      • Not Keeb-dot-io, that's just the easy way to remember the website URL.
