Don't even think about it, as the switch pin positions are different, and the stabilizers are much different as well.

Can I stick these into a Choc board?

It depends, the Choc V2 switches require a larger center hole than the Choc V1 switches, so most Choc PCBs don't support V2 switches unless explicitly mentioned.
