(9/9/2025) We have resumed repair services only for Level 0 & 1 repairs, but we aren't doing any Level 2 repairs right now.

Did your USB port get ripped off? Or maybe you messed up some pad on the PCB? No problem, we offer repair services in case you can't figure it out.

We can fix just about any keyboard PCB (including boards from other companies we don’t sell), even if you think it's really bad, as we've got some pretty good soldering equipment and a microscope for more advanced repairs.

We've fixed 100's of keyboards so far!

Info to include in email so we can make an assessment:

  • Keyboard make/model
  • Description of issue
  • Any relevant picture of damage

Rate varies based on type of repair required.

  • Level 0 - Example of this would be a single switch/socket that needs to be fixed
  • Level 1 - Multiple switch issues, port repair
  • Level 2 - More advanced debugging, more serious damage, microcontroller replacement

After determining the level of service needed, we’ll give you our address to ship your board to, and you’ll purchase the repair service and select the method for us to ship your board back to you. You can just ship the PCB to us if you don’t want to ship the whole keyboard with case.

    Free U.S. Standard Shipping on Orders Over $150

    Getting your order quickly shouldn't cost a fortune. If your order totals $150 or more, you qualify for free standard shipping. Orders placed before 12pm EST will generally ship the same day; orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.

    Some Restrictions Apply:

    • Available for orders shipped to the United States only (excludes international orders)
    • Excludes orders containing oversized items

    • 2-Year Warranty

    Our keyboards and parts at Keebio are covered by a 2-year warranty from when you receive it. Just email us at shop@keeb.io if you've got an issue.

    Keebio will repair or replace any product found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, such as:

    • PCB failure
    • LED/lighting failure
    • USB port issues

    • 90-Day Returns

    If things don't work out for you after it arrives, you have 90 days to return it for a refund as long as it is in a similar condition to the one you received. A 5% restocking fee applies to cover payment processing, and you're responsible for return shipping.
