(9/9/2025) We have resumed repair services only for Level 0 & 1 repairs, but we aren't doing any Level 2 repairs right now.
Did your USB port get ripped off? Or maybe you messed up some pad on the PCB? No problem, we offer repair services in case you can't figure it out.
We can fix just about any keyboard PCB (including boards from other companies we don’t sell), even if you think it's really bad, as we've got some pretty good soldering equipment and a microscope for more advanced repairs.

Rate varies based on type of repair required.
- Level 0 - Example of this would be a single switch/socket that needs to be fixed
- Level 1 - Multiple switch issues, port repair
- Level 2 - More advanced debugging, more serious damage, microcontroller replacement
After determining the level of service needed, we’ll give you our address to ship your board to, and you’ll purchase the repair service and select the method for us to ship your board back to you. You can just ship the PCB to us if you don’t want to ship the whole keyboard with case.

Everything seems perfectly fixed, pack and shipped carefully! It does the job, if there is one thing I complain about it would be the trump tax shipping to US. But if you live in US just ask for permissions to buy and send your keyboard!

Response time and Service was good, keyboard came in working condition, but was very pricey to ship and took over a week to get back. Overall good experience.
I had a PCB that was NLA and wasn't even up for sale online from what I could see. Repair (from liquid damage) was my only option before scrapping it, and they offered to do it for 39.99. I shipped it to them, and they repaired it in a day and shipped it back with a GREAT quality complimenatary keyboard case. Very top notch service.

Sent in my keyboard to fix a broken row and they not only fixed that row but they also fixed the other keys that I had repaired using copper tape so that they are now connected with jumper wires instead. Definitely glad that I found this service since I wouldn’t have been able to fix it myself.
I have an old keyboard that was on its last leg that I really enjoyed when it was working properly. After stumbling upon Keebio I decided I will treat myself and get the old thing repaired.
