Did you roast your Pro Micro? Or maybe you messed up some pad? No problem, we offer repair services in case you can't figure it out. We can fix just about any keyboard PCB (including boards from other companies we don’t sell), even if you think it's really bad, as we've got some pretty good soldering equipment and microscope for more advanced repairs.

Please contact us at shop@keeb.io prior to ordering this service. Rate varies based on type of repair required.

  • Level 0 - Example of this would be a single switch/socket that needs to be fixed
  • Level 1 - Multiple switch issues, port repair
  • Level 2 - More advanced debugging, more serious damage, microcontroller replacement

After determining the level of service needed, we’ll give you our address to ship your board to, and you’ll purchase the repair service and select the method for us to ship your board back to you. You can just ship the PCB to us if you don’t want to ship the whole keyboard with case.

First time builder!

I bought a keyboard layout with my own keycaps and switches. I had no idea what I was doing. I tried doing it myself and I messed up a few keys. Luckily, keebio fixed those keys and it works again!!

Great Service

Sent in my keyboard to fix a broken row and they not only fixed that row but they also fixed the other keys that I had repaired using copper tape so that they are now connected with jumper wires instead. Definitely glad that I found this service since I wouldn’t have been able to fix it myself.

Amazing Experience

I have an old keyboard that was on its last leg that I really enjoyed when it was working properly. After stumbling upon Keebio I decided I will treat myself and get the old thing repaired. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish I was getting quick responses through e-mail, transparency with the repair, the way they do shipping worked great for me as an U.S resident, and most importantly the keyboard came back better than ever.

I truly don't think I could've expected more than I got. 5 stars and will definitely be using them again.

Also even though I didn't utilize it for my personal use they have an active Discord which I think is a great modern feature for a business such as this.
