Switch plates and bottom plates for the Nyquist, as well as acrylic middle layers to cover up the sides of the keyboard.

Aluminum Plates

  • 1.5mm thick
  • Bead-blasted and anodized black on both sides
  • B-Stock version: May have small marks or coloring issues

FR4 Plates

  • 1.6mm thick
  • Includes Shroomie feet pre-installed on bottom plates

The plates come with the following:

  • 2 Switch plates
  • 2 Bottom plates
  • 32 M2 6mm screws
  • 16 M2 10mm standoffs
  • (FR4 Plates only): 8 Shroomie Feet pre-installed

Switch plates are compatible with MX and Alps switches and support MX switch top removal.

Note that for the non-1u cutouts however, the switches won't have anything on the plate to grab on to, so you need to be careful with alignment when soldering the switch.

 Also, the plates currently in production have 2u cutout slots in the lower 2 corners, the all 1u plates are no longer in production.

I love this layout. I’ve used it for years now and it’s helped my touch typing and my relived wrist pain thanks to the split.
