    Can I stick these in a regular keyboard that uses MX-compatible switches?

    Don't even think about it, as the switch pin positions are different, and stabilizers are much different as well.

    Can I use MX-compatible keycaps with these?

    Once again, don't even think about it, as the switch stems are much different for Choc switches than MX ones. However, the Choc V2 switches do accept MX keycaps.
